Powder Coating

Our powder coating process at ElitePCH involves applying a free-flowing, dry powder, typically using an electrostatic method, which is then cured under heat. The powder can be either a thermoplastic or a thermoset polymer and is known for creating a tough, durable finish that surpasses conventional wet paint. While powder coating is primarily used for metal objects, especially those subjected to rugged use, advancements in technology, such as UV-curable powder coatings, now allow us to coat materials like plastics, composites, carbon fiber, and MDF (medium-density fiberboard).
